Weddings are usually occasions for celebration, and bring families and communities together. Brides typically wear a beautiful dress that is usually custom-made from fine materials specifically for the occasion. The dress is often only worn once, then carefully packed away to remind the owner of her wedding day. For many families, such dresses sometimes become heirlooms that are handed down from generation to generation.
