Miscellaneous files

Material contained in this series include building files, reports, film collection records, botany related correspondence, list of items donated, identifications, donations and purchases.

 During the Directorships of Hamilton, Thomson, Oliver and Falla many unregistered files were arranged around particular Directorships. Whether this was an original 'system' of arrangement of an order imposed on the material at a later time is unknown, however as this is the last known arrangement the order has been largely retained.
