These are the general administrative files of the National Art Gallery.

They include information on institutional correspondence, Board of Trustees correspondence, policy, meetings minutes, Director's reports, building and grounds maintenance, staffing issues, budgets and finance, promotion, publicity, correspondence , exhibition and curatorial issues, correspondence with artists and donors, gifts and purchase proposals, loan arrangements, conservation and education , exhibition programs (both internal and touring), publications,  photographic and audiovisual policy.
