This series contains Theo Schoon's sketch books and notebooks.
There is a wide variety of information recorded in this series. Some of the notebooks are address books, from different periods in Schoon's life, and therefore they have useful information about individuals.
Many of the notebooks have handwritten notes by Schooncovering various subjects - ceramics, Indonesia, etc. There is one sketchbook, filled with sketches related to jade carving. The series has been ordered in the following way: Box 1 - General modernist, Box 2 - Gourds Box 3 - Indonesia/Pottery
