Overview

This magazine was created for gay, lesbian and wider audiences in New Zealand. Ultimately it was 'a magazine for 'out' laws'. It includes topical issues and advertisements (such as 'Hero 2' in 1992 and fashion brands such as Working Style) and captures contemporary expressions of identity and sexuality.

The 1990s saw a blossoming of gay and lesbian pride. Magazines such as this are evidence of change in society following on from Homosexual Law Reform in 1986.
