Projections

Graphic representations in which imaginary sight lines (projectors) extend from the eye of the observer to the object being depicted. The projectors create an image of the subject on an imaginary plane between the observer and the subject. Depending on the sight lines used, the subject is shown realistically or tilted or otherwise altered to emphasize particular features.
