Overview

Waist or shoulder garment. Wrap-around garments, worn from the waist to the knee, which may be a single piece, or also incorporate a tātua. Traditionally these were often woven from harakeke, however contemporary rāpaki may incorporate modern materials. Rāpaki do not include Maro and Piupiu.
