Overview
This photograph shows cars lined up along Princess Wharf, Auckland. They are decorated with pennants that refer to the British monarchy. These cars would have formed a procession for Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, and her entourage as theytravelled through Auckland city.
This particular visit had been scheduled for 1964, but was postponed when the Queen Mother underwent an emergency appendectomy.
