Overview
An incomplete hand-powered shearing machine. It consists of a stand on a tripod base with a large wheel attached to the top. This wheel has a wooden crank handle on one side and on the other side there is a smaller wheel for a belt drive. An arm extends from the larger wheel which would be fitted with a hand piece and comb.
