Example of a Palmerston North High School Prefect decorative badge. Oval badge with 'NIHIL BORI SINE LABORE' (?) and 'P.N H.S.' around the outside. Inside the oval is a shield shape that has been cut out in the metal. It has a lion above it, and on it has a bird on the left side and a house with a flag on the right side. On the back is a pin clasp.
