Beatrice Wood, who was from Christchurch, married Thomas Edward Youd Seddon, MP, on 15 March 1922 at St Mary's in Merivale, Christchurch. The service was performed by Canon W. S Bean, who was the groom's brother-in-law, assisted by Archdeacon Haggitt.
