Overview
Feather cloak has alternating square patterns of green and white kereru (pigeon) feathers, and reddish brown kaka (parrot) feathers. Each white square has either a small bunch of orange kaka or black tui (parson bird) feathers woven in the centre. The two sides and bottom borders also have black tui feathers. At the top of the cloak tamoe (flat) brown kiwi feathers form a word. Orange and brown kaka feathers are also interspersed amongst the brown kiwi.
