Overview
A group of Maori halted before batton carrying police. In the centre of the frame a Maori man in a cloak holds a flag with Maori patterning. In the rear, to his right, another Maori man has on a sweatshirt with the words, 'The Treaty is a Fraud'. Many in the group have their heads bowed.
