Overview
From the Mulinu'u Peninsula, Upolu - prisoners are probably the leading supporters of Tanumafili (at the time when Mata'afa and his supporting chief were installed as the provisional government). View, from a beach, of rowboats in shallow water (rowboats full of people). There are a small number of people standing on the beach sands and one man is standing in the water.
