Overview
This photograph is one of a series taken during the funeral ceremony for Roy Reid. Roy died in an accident on 6 February 1972, aged 23 years.
Roy was a founding member of the Antarctic Angels, an outlaw motorcycle club modelled on Hells Angels, which was established in Invercargill in 1969. The photographs show members of the club riding in the funeral procession, and forming a guard of honour at the cemetery.
