This 3D Model Galaide was made by indigenous chamorro artist Ron Castro. A Galaide is one of six types of canoes made by Agad'na, individuals who were skilled at canoe building and navigation.The Galaide was one of two small vessels that were designed without a sail and was used primarily for short trips within the reefs.
