Overview
This 18 x 18 inch carpet design was prepared by Jo Torr, a designer at Feltex Carpets for architects Stephenson & Turner, and their client, the National Bank. Stephenson & Turner, an architecture and engineering firm specilaising in commercial buildings, hospitals, universities and other large-scale projects, were working on the National Bank's Town Hall branch.
