ASB Polyfest
ASB Polyfest formerly known as the Auckland Secondary Schools Maori and Pacific Islands Cultural Festival is the biggest Pacific Island cultural performance festival in the world. The festival has been held annually since 1976 and is hosted by a different secondary school each year that also create the festival theme. Initially the festival was held at the host school however by 1996 the festival had become so large that it was moved to its current venue Manukau Velodrome.
ASB Polyfest 2009 - Many Cultures, One World
In 2009, ASB Polyfest was hosted by Wesley College who created the theme 'Many Cultures, One World'. This canvas was printed as a gift to acknowledge the contribution of Creative New Zealand as a sponsor of the 2009 ASB Polyfest.
