Overview
A bronze “Resolution and Adventure” medal. The obverse features a profile of King George III with the legend “GEORGE III KING OF GR. BRITAIN FRANCE AND IRELAND ETC.” The reverse depicts the ships “Resolution” and “Adventure.” Underneath is the text “SAILED FROM ENGLAND MARCH MDCCLXII.”
A hole is drilled at top through the letter 'A' of Adventure to enable use of the medal as a pendant.
