This pull along toy in the form of a duck with its three ducklings was part of a range of wooden pull alongtoys manufactured by the Ramsey Brothers (H. E. Ramsey Limited) in their New Lynn factory,between the mid 1940s and late 1970s. The range included the Mary Lou doll and the Buzzy Bee pull along toy. Many of the toys in this serieshave beenpopular feature in the toy box of many New Zealand children since the mid 1940s.
