These sneakers belonged to top New Zealand basketball player, Sean Marks, who has also signed them.
Marks was the first New Zealander to play in the prestigious American professional National Basketball Association (NBA) League. While his career was based in the USA, Marks represented New Zealand in two Olympic Games (Sydney in 2000 and Beijing in 2004).
