This elf figurine was used to adorn festive cakes at Konditorei Aida, a famous Wellington cake shop and coffee house. It is one of a group of decorations donated to the museum by Annette Baier who, with Master Konditor (pastry chef) Walter Baier, operated the Konditorei from about 1960 to 1996.
